2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

ALVN offers premium electrolyte supplements and sports nutrition products designed to support hydration and performance. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medications.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from ALVN. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • We accept Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit/debit cards
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify
  • Taxes are calculated at checkout and are not included in listed prices
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to 28 countries including Canada, USA, UK, EU, Australia, and select Asian markets. Delivery times vary by location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Optional Shipping Protection ($3 CAD) covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Unopened products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Opened products: No returns due to health and safety regulations
  • Damaged or defective products: Full refund or replacement within 30 days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless product is damaged/defective
  • Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless product is damaged/defective
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

7. FREE TRIAL PROGRAM

Our Free Trial offer is limited to new customers only, one per household. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate this policy.

ALVN products are sold "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
